Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed on vestraluna.com is CR OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16778262), Nõmme tee 64, 11311 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: [email protected].

What we process

Server logs: when you visit the site, our servers and our CDN record technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). We use them only for security, abuse prevention and to keep the service running, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted after 30 days.

Birth data in our tools: date, time and place of birth are sent to our server only to perform the astronomical calculation and are not stored in any database or log. For your convenience the last data you entered is saved in your own browser (local storage); you can delete it at any time by clearing the site data.

Email: if you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, on the basis of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and keep them for as long as needed to handle it.

What we do not do

We have no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies at the moment. We do not sell or rent personal data. If this changes, this page will be updated before any new tool is activated, and consent will be requested where required.

Providers

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (servers located in the EU). Content delivery and security: Cloudflare, Inc., which may process technical data in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Fonts are served from our own servers: no data is sent to Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority of your country of residence.
